Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order, we offer a simple and transparent cancellation process.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.
Submit a cancellation request directly from your My Account page, or
Fill out our Order Cancellation Form, or
To cancel, please contact us via email at sales@harishstore.com or WhatsApp at +91-7860063412 with your order number.
- Customers may request to cancel their order before dispatch for a full refund.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is still possible, but:
- The customer must refuse the delivery at the time of arrival.
- Once the product is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition, a refund will be processed, excluding any applicable shipping or return costs.
- In case of prepaid orders, refund will be initiated only after we receive the returned product.
- Customized or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation after dispatch.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival; in that case:
The product must be returned in original condition.
Refund will be processed after receiving the returned item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
For COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Important Notes
HARISHSTORE reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:
Stock unavailability
Payment failure
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Incorrect shipping details
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
