Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order, we offer a simple and transparent cancellation process.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.

  • Submit a cancellation request directly from your My Account page, or

  • Fill out our Order Cancellation Form, or

  • To cancel, please contact us via email at sales@harishstore.com or WhatsApp at +91-7860063412 with your order number.

  • Customers may request to cancel their order before dispatch for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is still possible, but:
  • The customer must refuse the delivery at the time of arrival.
  • Once the product is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition, a refund will be processed, excluding any applicable shipping or return costs.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refund will be initiated only after we receive the returned product.
  • Customized or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation after dispatch.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival; in that case:

    • The product must be returned in original condition.

    • Refund will be processed after receiving the returned item.

    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

  • For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Important Notes

  • HARISHSTORE reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Payment failure

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

    • Incorrect shipping details

  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
