1.Return Policy

Eligibility Return Window

All HARISHSTORE Assured products are quality-checked for fabric, stitching, and packaging before dispatch. We take extra care to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time, with our promise of 100% satisfaction.

Easy Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use.

  • Returns will be accepted only after inspection by our quality team.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., If you did not like the product or size issue or change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • The applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

How do I request a return?

2.Exchange Policy

Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or the wrong size, you will receive an exchange option.

Shipping Charges – When Are They Applicable?

We always aim to provide a smooth exchange experience. However, in some cases, customers may be responsible for the shipping charges involved in exchanging a product.

Shipping charges apply when
  • The customer selects the wrong size while ordering.

  • The customer wants to exchange the product for a different color or style.

  • The exchange request is based on personal preference or change of mind.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of both return shipping and re-delivery.

Shipping charges do not apply when
  • We have sent the wrong size or product by mistake.

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

  • The product listing was unclear (e.g., incorrect size chart or missing information).

In such cases, we will cover the return and re-shipping costs.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are allowed once per product, subject to stock availability.

  • Valid reasons: size issue, color change, or damaged item.

  • Return shipping for exchanges may be chargeable based on location and reason.

Note: We recommend reviewing the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

3.Refund Policy

We process refunds in the following scenarios:

You can submit a refund request within 7 days of delivery of your order. No refunds will be processed after that date.

1. Approved Returns

  • Refund will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after return approval.

2. Order Cancellation (Pre-dispatch)

  • Full refund issued to original payment method.

3. Prepaid Orders

  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking).

4. COD Orders

  • Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Customer must provide valid details via email or WhatsApp or SMS.

5. Refund Exclusions

  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

  • No refund on rejected deliveries where the product is damaged or misused by the customer.

6.Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • In rare cases, banks or payment providers may take longer to reflect the credit.

7. Lost Shipments & Refunds  

  • In rare cases, shipments may be lost in transit. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support with your order number and details. Harishstore will investigate the issue in coordination with the courier service.
  • If the shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose to have the item reshipped or request a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Customers will receive updates via email, WhatsApp, or SMS throughout the resolution process.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you have the following options:

  • Return and exchange for the correct product

  • Full refund

Process:
  • Contact our customer support team immediately with order details and images of the product.

  • Once the damaged or incorrect product reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the product.

Note:

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Timely reporting helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • When you return a product, the shipping charges will be included in your refund.
