  • Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
  • Please note that delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, courier service issues, public holidays, or festivals are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

What is the cost of shipping?

  • At HARISHSTORE, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, regardless of order value or location within India.

  • There are no hidden charges — the price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you can easily track its progress using the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
  • Tracking information will be available 24 hours after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. This allows you to monitor the status of your package in real-time and stay informed until it reaches your doorstep.

What should I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

Lost Shipments  

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, it may have been lost in transit. Please contact our customer support immediately with your order number and details. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may reship your order or issue a refund in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Tampered or Opened Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate the return or replacement process, kindly follow the procedure outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Please ensure that:
  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product are provided to facilitate the verification process.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the replacement or refund process promptly

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Customer

  •  If there is an issue with the shipping address, please contact us immediately to make corrections. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of order are accurate and complete.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the order is already shipped, HARISHSTORE will not be responsible for non-delivery or lost packages.

  • In such cases:

    • If the shipment is returned to us by the courier, the customer will be notified.

    • The order can be re-shipped, but the additional shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

  • If the order is not returned and is marked as “delivered” at the wrong address, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant systems.

  • We do not store any sensitive payment information (like card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN) on our servers.

  • In case of a failed transaction, the deducted amount (if any) is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider.
